Edamame Dip with whole weat pitas
Ingredients:
1 cup edamame
1/4 cup onion
1/2 cup cilantro
1 clove garlic
1 lime (juice)
1 tablespoon miso
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili sauce
Directions:
1. Cover the edamame in water and bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
2. Drain the edamame reserving the water.
3. Mix everything in a food processor adding some of the reserved water to thin the dip to the desired consistency.
I would recommend rubbing the pitas with olive oil, spray them with herbs of choice and have them go crisp in the oven. (LSP)
