‘loco moco’ from animal in los angeles: a fried quail egg, seared foie gras and Spam piled on top a Niman Ranch burger and Anson Mills gold rice

This is awesome/abhorrent. Loco Mocos are wonderful things but the fact that this one is so high class it almost defeats the purpose of eating rice, gravy, meat, over easy egg, and more gravy. I miss some of the food in our 50th state.
